Amardeep Saxena

Amardeep Saxena is the VP of Talent & Business at Scaler Academy and InterviewBit, where they focus on creating world-class engineering education and resources for aspiring software engineers. They have been with InterviewBit since 2015, leading talent acquisition efforts, and previously held roles at Twitter and HackerRank, enhancing recruitment and operations. Amardeep began their career with internships in human resources and engineering at Reliance Industries and Instrumentation Limited. They hold an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering.
