David Wieland

David Wieland is the Founder and Managing Partner of Motivate Venture Capital, an investment firm with approximately $200M in assets under management, specializing in high-growth startups. As the Founder of Firesale.ai, David facilitates quick transactions for technology company assets. Additionally, David holds multiple leadership roles, including Chairman and Primary Owner at Interviewing.com, Board Member at Valiot and Fulcrum, and Owner of Cardigan Ventures, a family office focused on early-stage ventures and alternative investments. David co-founded IrishAngels and has experience in founding and managing iEstates, a holding company for digital assets. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include leading RIVS Interviewing Technologies and InnFlux, both of which were acquired. David's educational background includes a Master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Executive Education from Harvard Business School, along with a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
