James B. has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and cybersecurity field. James started their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Systems Administrator and Distribution Support specialist, where they completed numerous remote deployments and managed UNIX user accounts. James then worked at NVision, LLC as a Network Administrator and Procurement specialist, overseeing the deployment of network hardware and coordinating training for VMware systems. James later joined Realm Consulting as a Network Engineer, where they played a key role in revamping the network infrastructure of a multi-building complex. James then worked at Harris CapRock Communications as a Network Planning Engineer, assisting with a project in an overseas conflict zone. James also gained technical training and certifications in penetration testing before joining Accenture Federal Services as an Infrastructure Support Specialist. In this role, they resolved thousands of vulnerabilities, configured cloud security, and supervised critical vulnerability releases. Most recently, James joined InterVision Systems as an Information Security Engineer.

James B. attended the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Information Systems. In addition to their degree, James B. has also obtained several certifications. In June 2014, they obtained the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNA Security certifications from Cisco. James B. also earned the CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification from Cisco in June 2014. Furthermore, in August 2012, they obtained the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification from (ISC)2.
