Louis Rossi

Louis Rossi has extensive work experience in various roles related to engineering, management, and technical support. Louis started their career in the United States Army Reserve, where they served as a Specialist from December 1988 to December 1996.

In 1997, Louis joined the Great Western Bag Company as a General Manager, where they were responsible for backing up computer files, installing and maintaining small wired networks, and providing PC support. Louis also played a role in developing and implementing company policies and procedures, as well as establishing scheduling and forecasting policies.

From 2010 to 2014, Louis worked as a General Manager at Worldwide Distribution, LLC. In this role, they implemented cloud-based software decisions, oversaw the installation of a small office wireless network, and performed various PC troubleshooting tasks. Louis also handled strategic planning, pricing, consumer research, and product introduction processes.

In 2015, Louis joined the Netelligent Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer. Their responsibilities included providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers. Louis held this position until 2019.

Since 2015, Louis has been employed at InterVision Systems, initially as a Network Engineer and later as a Senior Network Engineer. In 2022, they transitioned into the role of Senior Security Engineer. Their responsibilities in these roles included network infrastructure management, security engineering, and overseeing network operations.

Throughout their career, Louis has demonstrated strong expertise in networking, technical support, and management.

Louis Rossi completed their education at the following institutions:

1. Cisco Network Academy from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a certification in Routing/Switching.

2. Southeast Missouri State University from 1991 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.

Additionally, Louis Rossi holds several additional certifications, including:

- Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2021.

- Aruba Certified ClearPass Associate V6.5 (ACCA), obtained from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, in September 2021.

- Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), obtained from Cisco in November 2019.

- CCENT Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician, CCNA Cisco Certified Networking Associate, CCNA-Security, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Cyber Ops (CCNA Cyber Ops), all obtained from Cisco in August 2018.

- ITIL Foundation certification, obtained from EXIN in January 2016.

Louis Rossi has also pursued additional certifications with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper Networks, and Silver Peak, although the specific obtained months and years for these certifications are unknown.
