Terry Dickhens

Terry Dickhens has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. Terry is currently working as an IT Systems Engineer at InterVision Systems since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked at CenturyLink Technology Solutions from January 2012 to May 2018, holding the roles of Technical Service Engineer and Command Center Hosting Engineer - Windows. Before that, Terry worked at U-Gas as a Network Administrator from June 2008 to December 2011 and at The Roberts Companies as a Network Administrator from October 2005 to June 2008. Terry also worked at Sanford Brown College as an IT Coordinator from June 2004 to October 2005 and at 321 Studios as a Tier 2 Technical Support / Forum Moderator Team Lead. Throughout their career, Terry has gained experience in various areas of IT, including infrastructure support, network administration, server maintenance, and user support.

Terry Dickhens completed an Associate of Science degree in Network Administration from Sanford Brown College St. Peters, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Terry has obtained the following: Silver Peak SDWAN Professional from Silver Peak in June 2021, Accredited Configuration Engineer 7 from Palo Alto Networks in July 2016, MCSE1: Security on Windows 2000 from Microsoft in February 2010, and a Comptia A+ Certified, Comptia Network+ Certified, Comptia Security+ Certified, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification, although the dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
