At intervu.ai, we help you find the right talent to bring you closer to your dream team.

intervu.ai finds the right talent for each role at your organization by empowering the interviewing process. We empower the interviewing process through the integration of AI-driven assessment technology. Most importantly, we do so while practicing vigilant moral standards to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates with the goal of encouraging diversity in the workplace and raising hiring standards overall.
intervu.ai was born out of the growing need to challenge the limitations set by outdated interviewing frameworks. The candidates’ selection approach is often dictated by a one-size-fits-all company culture that shies away from welcoming a diverse social fabric.

We believe it is time to bid farewell to traditional recruitment methods and break the biased interviewing cycle that hinders an organization's growth and a candidate's opportunity.

Our team of visionary experts, with tens of years of experience in HR technology to creating an AI-driven video interviewing solution that enhances the quality of hire while minimizing cost and time-to-hire.

We want to help you hire better.
