Urooj Khan

Urooj Khan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for MENA at Interwell since February 2023. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at DNO from January 2011 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee relations, performance review processes, and payroll management. Urooj has also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Dubai International Capital from April 2007 to December 2010, participating in salary structure reviews and implementing performance management systems, and served as a Human Resources Generalist at GlaxoSmithKline from 2001 to 2007, providing HR support and conducting salary surveys across the MENA region.
