James Austin has extensive experience in data and analytics, currently serving as Services Director for EMEA at InterWorks since January 2013, where responsibilities include guiding the data and analytics consulting services team. Previously, James held the title of Analytics Lead and managed the InterWorks Analytics Practice in Europe, emphasizing the delivery of analytics using tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, and Tableau. James began their career as a Business Intelligence Consultant at The Data Studio and continued in the same role following its merge with InterWorks Europe. Prior to this, James was the Director and Owner of Total Console Repair Ltd, overseeing finance, operations, and systems. Educationally, James holds a BSc Honours in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Southampton.
