Karin Schroer

Karin Schroer has extensive experience in IT management and project management, with a focus on customer interaction and application development. At Interzero from December 2013 to September 2019, Karin led the Customer Interaction department, overseeing digital touchpoints and project management roles including Scrum Master and Product Owner. Karin also served as IT-Managerin for Application Development, providing interim leadership in software development and IT project management. Prior experience includes working as a Procurement Specialist at INEOS, where responsibilities included purchasing chemicals and catalysts, and as an IT Business Inhouse Consultant with ALBA, managing IT projects. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Kauffrau in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Management from EUFH Europäische Fachhochschule, complemented by studies in Economics at TBS Education.
