Steve Abrams

Steve Abrams has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Steve started their career in 1990 as a Hospital Specialist at Merck Sharp & Dohme. From 1991 to 1992, they worked as a Vice President at VNA of Southern New Jersey. In 1995, they joined Pepper Hamilton LLP, where they held various roles including Co-Chair of the Corporate/Securities Practice Group, Co-Chair of Life Sciences, and a member of the Executive Committee. In 2013, they became a Director at inTEST Corporation and served on its Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. From 2014 to 2020, they also served as a Board Member at the National Association of Corporate Directors-Philadelphia Chapter. Since 2016, Steve Abrams has been associated with Hogan Lovells, where they started as a Partner in the Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Leadership Team. Currently, they serve as the Global Co-Head of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry Group. At Hogan Lovells, they have provided legal counsel and completed various life sciences transactions, including capital market offerings, collaboration/licensing transactions, and M&A transactions.

Steve Abrams completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Biology, graduating summa cum laude from Rutgers College in 1990. Steve then pursued their higher education at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they obtained their Doctor of Law degree (JD) with honors, cum laude, in 1995.
