Eşref Seğmen

Eşref Seğmen, PhD, is a seasoned computer engineer with over 33 years of experience in telecommunication billing and intelligent transportation systems. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at INTETRA, they have previously held significant roles, including Technology Coordinator at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Deputy General Manager at Tetra HGS Elektronik Sistemleri. Eşref also lectures part-time at Bogazici University, teaching various computer programming and systems courses. They hold a PhD in Computer Engineering from Okan University, alongside a Master of Business Administration from Istanbul University.
