Ralf Hoffmann

Ralf Hoffmann has extensive work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Ralf is currently the Global Technology & Business Development Lead at Inteva Products since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Manager Industrial Engineering at Megatech Industries AG from September 2020 to March 2021. From December 2017 to September 2020, they served as the Head of Tooling & Equipment at CADM Automotive. Ralf also held positions at IAC Group, including Director Tooling & Special Equipment Central EU from April 2014 to November 2017, and Manager Tooling & Special Equipment from May 2009 to March 2014. Ralf began their career at Lear Corporation as a Plastic Engineer Material Development from November 1997 to June 2007 and later as a Program-Manager Comfort Seat Systems from July 2007 to April 2009. Ralf's earliest work experience was as a Development Engineer for Decorative Films at ERA Beschichtung from November 1996 to October 1997.

Ralf Hoffmann completed a Dipl.-Ing. Material Technology degree in Polymeric materials / Plastic engineering at the University of Applied Sciences, Osnabrück from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1986, they obtained an apprenticeship diploma in Electrician from Cosse & Kappen in Haren/Ems.
