Pascal Zirn

Pascal Zirn is a founder-level and senior product designer with over 16 years of experience crafting both enterprise and consumer-facing experiences. Currently, they serve as the Lead UX/UI Designer at InTime, focusing on scheduling and workforce management software for public safety, and as the Founder and Product Designer of Crushy, a new social networking app. Previously, they held positions at DreamWorks Animation, where they created futuristic interfaces for Netflix, and at TX Group AG, where their design strategies significantly improved editorial efficiency. Pascal also leads the UX/UI and web development programs at Tamwood Careers College, fostering the next generation of designers through mentorship and hands-on learning.
