Sean Eikerman

Sean Eikerman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sean is currently the Director of Operations at InTime, a software-as-a-service GovTech company. In this role, they oversee the scheduling and workforce management software tailored to public safety agencies. Sean also serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Hyperminds, offering their expertise and guidance.

Prior to their current positions, Sean worked as a Business Advisor at Cultivate Advisors, where they partnered with business owners to develop scalable systems and achieve their goals. Sean was recognized for generating double-digit profitability across their client base.

Sean also worked as a Business Architect at Traction on Demand, the largest dedicated Salesforce.com implementation partner in North America. Sean led digital transformation projects, identifying inefficiencies in business processes and driving technology implementation and training.

Before that, Sean held the position of Managing Director & Chief Commercial Officer at RED Academy, a technology and design school with campuses in Vancouver, Toronto, and London. Sean managed the overall operations and financial performance of the academy and facilitated real-world impact projects with startup and impact organizations.

Sean has experience as a Co-Founder and Head of Growth at Boatwyze, Canada's largest online boater-to-boater rental marketplace. Sean co-founded the platform, which allowed boat owners to rent their boats to qualified renters.

Additionally, Sean worked at InTime Solutions as an Account Executive, responsible for selling enterprise workforce management software. Sean had the largest sales quota and territory in the company and achieved significant revenue growth. Sean initially joined the company as a Sales Representative.

Earlier in their career, Sean gained experience in marketing and human resources through co-op positions at UBC Sauder School of Business, Accenture, and TDL GROUP. Sean played roles in marketing, executing email campaigns, facilitating job placements, and working on HR processes.

Sean Eikerman obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC Sauder School of Business in 2010. Sean also completed a BCOM (Hons) degree at The University of British Columbia in 2009.
