Guillermo Morzan

Guillermo Morzan has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and project management. Guillermo started their career as a Junior Java Developer at Certant in 2008, where they worked on the development and migration of different systems. Guillermo then moved on to TeraCode as a Semi Senior Java Developer, from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Morzan joined Conexia SA as a Semi Senior Java Developer for a brief period before joining Snoop Consulting as a Senior Java Developer. At Snoop Consulting, they worked on developing and implementing technological solutions for various clients, performing functional requirements analysis, and researching new tools.

In 2014, Morzan joined Avantrip.com as a Senior Java Developer, responsible for creating the Hotel section from scratch and ensuring evolutionary maintenance. Guillermo also served as a Scrum Master, successfully delivering six projects before their deadlines while maintaining a good relationship with stakeholders.

In 2018, Morzan joined redbee studios as a Scrum Master, where they implemented new development processes resulting in improved time to market and higher quality deliveries. Guillermo managed two teams during their tenure.

Their most recent position is with intive as a Team Lead - Principal Software Engineer. Here, they are a part of a globally distributed team focused on migrating a monolith to a set of microservices. Morzan's responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing microservices, as well as coordinating between teams to address issues and achieve goals.

Throughout their career, Morzan has demonstrated their technical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to deliver quality solutions while continuously improving processes and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.

Guillermo Morzan attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2004 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in System Engineering. Guillermo also pursued a degree in System Analysis from the same university from 2004 to 2011. Before attending university, they completed an IT Technician program at EET N° 5, Lanus from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, in 2017, they received certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
