Karol Kozer is an experienced software engineer and team lead currently employed at intive since January 2022, specializing in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux. Prior to intive, Karol served as the Head of Front-End at PROEXE from July 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Front-End department, developing key projects for major clients, and participating in architectural design and project estimation. Karol’s career began in project management at Arcadis and transitioned into frontend development roles at Hypermedia and Vectra Group, demonstrating a strong ability in creating and optimizing web applications. Karol holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Kozminski University.
