Svitlana Tkachenko

Svitlana Tkachenko is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist at intive since January 2022, where responsibilities include consulting and supporting managers and employees across Ukraine, Romania, and Ireland while enhancing HR processes. Prior to this role, Svitlana worked at Syngenta from October 2017 to December 2021 as an HR Generalist / C&B Manager, overseeing compensation and benefits activities, payroll processing, and offering HR administration support. Svitlana holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
