Previously, they worked as a Consultant in systems and architectural solutions at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, managing projects related to system migration and security. Erwin's earlier roles include positions as an Engineer Architect in systems and networks at BNP Paribas and CGI, where they focused on project feasibility and operational management. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in IT Resource Management.
