With a proven track record in career development and outplacement, they previously held leadership roles at Nielsen, including Senior Group Client Manager and Commercial Director. Cetti has also served as President of the Career Star Group and led the Italian Association of Outplacement Companies, supporting effective labor policies and promoting a culture of employability in Italy. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and are dedicated to helping individuals navigate career transitions.
