Tim Arits started their work experience in 2000 as a band member and drummer for the rock band SAT2D. During their time with the band, they had the opportunity to negotiate with Universal Music for a record deal and opened the Pinkpop festival in 2008.

In 2012, Tim joined Shopperception as a Master Thesis Researcher, focusing on offline retail innovation.

Later in 2012, they joined Google, where they held various positions. As a Product Solution Specialist, they worked closely with the product teams to shape the strategy and solutions for Google's advertising products. Tim successfully launched multiple initiatives to drive new business for Google in the EMEA region. Additionally, as an Associate Account Strategist for New Business Development (High Value+ / EMEA), Tim managed a multi-million dollar portfolio, organized internal events, and acted as a mediator between product teams in the US and EMEA. Tim also supported users of Google's internal CRM system.

In 2015, Tim became the Co-Founder and CEO of Intouch.com. The company helps c-store, grocery, and electronics retailers around the world design, deploy, and maintain profitable in-store retail media networks.

Tim attended Philips van Horne SG from 2002 to 2006, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution.

From 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Economics at Fontys University of Applied Sciences.

Lastly, they attended Tilburg University from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing Management.
