Chris Wallace

Chris Wallace is an experienced leader in sales and customer care, currently serving as SVP Global Growth at IntouchCX since December 2002. Previously, Chris held multiple roles at 24-7 Intouch, including Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Vice President of Sales for Dedicated Solutions, focusing on new client acquisition and market expansion. Chris also contributed to the industry as a member of the Board of Directors at SOCAP International from October 2012 to January 2017, promoting customer care excellence. Chris holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of South Florida, earned between 1998 and 2001.
