Daniel Olmos has a diverse background in workforce management and customer service, beginning as an Emprendedor at Tórtolo from April 2016 to December 2017. Following this, Daniel held roles at Concentrix from June 2018 to January 2019, serving as both an Analyst and Supervisor in Workforce Management, where responsibilities included supervising WFM associates and ensuring effective WFM support. Daniel then progressed to Teleperformance from April 2022 to January 2024 as Manager and later Sr. Manager of Workforce Management, focusing on maximizing organizational performance through various workforce management activities. Currently, Daniel serves as a Customer Service Representative at IntouchCX since February 2024.
