Deanne Harrison

Deanne Harrison serves as the Chief People & Admin Officer at IntouchCX, a role held since November 2014, where responsibilities encompass leading various Corporate Services functions including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development. With a focus on enhancing Intouch’s culture for over 35,000 global team members, Deanne drives strategies for growth and resilience in a dynamic industry. Previous roles at IntouchCX include EVP, Global People & Organizational Management, and Senior Vice President, People & Process, among others. Deanne's earlier experience includes consultancy at Leaders International Executive Search and The Harris Consulting Corporation, as well as management at Axiom Human Resource Development LLC. Deanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources & Management of Organizations from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (C.H.R.P.) from the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations.
