Deep Acharjee is an experienced Learning & Development professional with four years of expertise in designing and implementing training solutions. Currently serving as a Learning And Development Specialist at IntouchCX since 2023, Deep develops customized training roadmaps and conducts training needs analyses to elevate employee performance. Prior to this role, Deep worked as a Process & Soft Skill Trainer at Flipkart from 2021 to 2022, where they delivered new hire training and developed comprehensive training modules. Deep holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and Tourism Management, as well as an Advanced Diploma in International Hospitality.
