Forsyth Cordero

Forsyth Cordero is a multi-skilled BPO Leader and Certified Change Management Professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Operational Excellence at IntouchCX since 2025. Forsyth previously held the position of Operations Manager at Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC from 2016 to 2018, where they managed a team of 50 FTEs and developed performance measurement systems. From 2018 to 2024, Forsyth worked as a Business Change Management Consultant at Ingram Micro, leading global change management initiatives and establishing a Change Management Center of Excellence. Forsyth earned a degree in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman from 1997 to 2001.
