Mark Pua is a seasoned talent acquisition and sourcing professional with extensive experience in the field. They began their career at Concentrix as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition from 2014 to 2018. Mark has since held several leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the Philippines, most recently at IntouchCX. They also served as Country Head and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Collective Solution from 2021 to 2022, and held various positions at iQor, including Lead in Support and Leadership Recruitment.
