Hap Phillips

Hap Phillips has held various finance and management positions throughout their career. Hap began as a Clinical Research Associate at Kendle International from 1997 to 2000. Hap then worked at AT&T as an Associate Director of Finance from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they were employed by Caesars Entertainment, Inc. as a Manager of Real Estate Development. Hap then joined Limited Brands as a Manager of Capital & Analysis from February to October 2007. Phillips then worked at Pinnacle Entertainment as Director of Finance from November 2007 to December 2008 and as Director of Marketing Strategy & Finance from December 2008 to March 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they held the position of SVP - Finance at ST Residential. Currently, they work as the Chief Financial Officer at InTown Suites since August 2014.

Hap Phillips has an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, from 2000 to 2002, they also completed an MEng degree from Vanderbilt University - Graduate School of Engineering. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Rochester, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology and Psychology from 1993 to 1997.
