Asha Misra

Asha Misra has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Asha started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Executive at TATA BSS, where they provided support to customers and assisted in the development of new policies. In 2007, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Quality Analyst, where they performed quality checks, developed performance reports, and conducted training sessions.

From 2011 to 2012, Asha worked as a Project Manager at Apollo Health Street Ltd, where they coordinated software upgrades and ensured project milestones were met. In 2012, they joined Libsys, Inc as a Technical Recruiter, handling the complete sales cycle and client follow-ups.

From 2013 to 2018, Asha worked at Derive as a Sr Technical Recruiter, managing the full recruitment life cycle, conducting intake sessions with hiring managers, and fostering relationships with candidates.

Since 2018, they have been working at IntraEdge as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where their responsibilities include analyzing needs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing deals. Asha has a strong understanding of sales and recruiting processes and is experienced in handling complex skill sets and rare technologies.

Asha Misra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Osmania University.
