Hans Heising

Hans Heising is an experienced Release Train Engineer at ProRail since June 2022 and has held multiple roles since 2011 in various companies, including positions as an Agile coach and project leader at InTraffic and as the owner and trainer at Scrumprojects. Hans specializes in guiding SCRUM teams and providing training and consultancy in methodologies such as SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban, and DevOps. Additionally, Hans has experience with mobility strategy development at MobileMindz and has served as a Scrum trainer at Global Knowledge. Previous roles include Scrummaster at Bosch Security Systems and project manager at Royal BAM Group nv, as well as leadership positions in business unit management and project management in the healthcare sector. Educational qualifications include studies at AOG School of Management, HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and KMTS.
