Young Moon serves as the Deputy General Counsel at IntraFi, having held this position since March 2011, where responsibilities include leading legal efforts for the company's largest business segment, drafting and negotiating contracts with major financial institutions, and advising on regulatory matters. Prior to IntraFi, Young Moon was an Assistant General Counsel at Capital One from 2002 to March 2011, focusing on corporate development transactions and corporate procurement. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, specializing in M&A and venture capital, and at Parker Milliken Clark O'Hara & Samuelian, concentrating on commercial and employment litigation. Young Moon earned a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in English from Georgetown University.
