Oren Bernstein has a diverse work experience in business development and project management across various industries. Oren started their career in 2003 as a Business Development Project Coordinator at JETRO USA, where they consulted with C-Level executives on Japan market entry and established a network of Japanese contacts for partnerships and investments. In 2006, they joined AirVisual, Inc. as the Director of Business Development, Channels & Alliances, where they negotiated agreements with Asian OEM partners and led workshops on wireless applications. In 2007, they became the Principal Consultant at Politec, managing a channel partnership and selling SAP software to Mitsubishi group companies. In 2009, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercer Street Capital, analyzing tech business plans and performing due diligence on M&A opportunities. Since 2010, they have been with Intralink, initially as a Project Manager in Japan and then as the Business Development Director and VP of Business Development for North America, focusing on signing up new clients and developing sales in East Asia.

Oren Bernstein attended Tufts University from 1993 to 1997, where they received a BA degree in International Relations. In 1996, they also studied at Kansai Gaidai University for a short period and obtained a Certificate in Japanese Language and International Relations.
