Jennifer Dufour has extensive experience at SS&C Intralinks, having held multiple roles since January 2009, including Manager of Customer Success and Principal Customer Success Manager. In these roles, Jennifer focuses on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through effective use of Intralinks technology. Prior experience includes serving as a Client Services Project Manager at Intralinks from February 2007 to January 2009, where responsibilities involved managing customer business processes and supporting pre-sale activities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from San Diego State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Grossmont College.
