Sunghwan "Jacob" Park, MBA, is a corporate finance and governance executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic transactions and shareholder advisory within Korea’s capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director at Alliance Advisors Korea, they lead corporate governance transformation and shareholder engagement initiatives. Previously, as Head of Korea at SS&C Intralinks, they supported numerous cross-border M&A and capital market deals. Sunghwan earned a Bachelor of Science in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University and is pursuing an MBA in Bio Innovation Management at KAIST.
