Azra Backbier

Azra Backbier currently serves as the Global Accounts Team Leader at Intralox, having joined in August 2023. Prior to this role, Azra was the Sustainability and Strategy Manager at STANDIC, where responsibilities included defining the company's strategy and sustainability initiatives aligned with GRI reporting. Azra has held various management and development positions, including Team Manager Site and Manager Business Development, showcasing skills in project management, customer service, and sales strategy. Educational qualifications include Master’s degrees in Business Administration-International Management and International Business Communication from Radboud University, alongside multiple specialized training programs. Azra is an active member of the Professional Women’s Network and the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association, with a commitment to promoting gender-balanced leadership in business.
