Megan DeVille

Megan DeVille is an Oracle HCM Product Manager at Intralox, where they focus on implementing solutions to enhance the HR experience for global employees. Previously, Megan held various roles within Laitram, culminating as a Senior HRIS Analyst, and also worked as an HRIS Benefits Analyst at Ochsner Health System. Their journey began with an impactful role as an Assistant Language Teacher for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Megan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans, with a strong academic focus on International Business and Japanese Studies.
