Stephen O'Connor

Stephen O'Connor serves as a Materials Specialist at Intralox since August 2019, focusing on the research, validation, and development of novel materials and technologies to enhance the company's product offerings. Previously, O'Connor held several positions at Rogers Corporation from July 2015 to July 2019, including Innovator II, where responsibilities included researching new materials, managing experiments, and overseeing a co-op program in partnership with Northeastern University, ultimately mentoring over 20 students. O'Connor also contributed as an Innovator and a research and development engineering co-op, focusing on the design and analysis of dielectric materials and circuit board performance. Earlier experience includes an Environment, Health, and Safety Engineering co-op at Metalor Technologies SA. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, complemented by dual minors in Mathematics and Physics.
