Xiaoling Deng

Xiaoling Deng has a wealth of experience in the business sector. Xiaoling began their career in 2004 as a Contractual Translator for Beijing Jinma Translation Studio. In 2005, they moved to Organizações Globo (O Globo) as an Assistant Reporter at their Beijing Branch. In 2007, they joined Huawei Technologies as Quality & Operation Manager Delivery & Service (D&S) Dept/Assistant of D&S Director, where they were responsible for business planning and development, monthly KPI analysis, reporting, problem solving, and adjustment of annual targets. In 2012, they moved to Vodafone, where they held two roles: Commercial Operation Strategy & Development Expert and Asset Mgmt Technical Coordinator. In 2015, they co-founded ShareIU (\u5bfb\u6e38\uff09, a start-up aimed at providing end-to-end operation process services to SMEs in the customized and luxury travel sector. Finally, in 2017, they joined IntraMirror as Partner, Managing Director Italy, where they were responsible for implementing a S2B2C business model in the luxury and fashion industry.

Xiaoling Deng began their educational journey in 1999 when they enrolled in Beijing Normal University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics in 2003. That same year, they also obtained a TEM-8 certification, the highest level for English major students. Xiaoling then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, which they completed in 2003. In 2004, they began a Master of Business Administration at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, which they completed in 2009. Finally, in 2005, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management Engineering/Ingegneria Gestionale from Politecnico di Milano.
