Maree Walter

Maree Walter currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at INTREC, where they ensure the team's alignment with the company's vision, culture, and strategy while overseeing talent management and learning development. They have been with INTREC since 2012, previously holding the position of HR and Marketing Manager, where they focused on maximizing performance and maintaining core values. Prior to INTREC, Maree worked as the Group Marketing Manager at Gregory Commercial Furniture, managing marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand. Maree holds a Diploma in International Marketing from Open University NZ and is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Management at the Australian Skills Academy.
