Mark Morabito

Mark Morabito currently serves as the Chairperson of Intrepid Metals Corp., a Canadian company dedicated to exploring high-grade essential metals in south-eastern Arizona. In addition, Mark Morabito has held the position of Chairman and CEO at King & Bay since January 2003, where the focus is on identifying and funding emerging business opportunities with a fully compliant operational structure. Previously, Mark Morabito was the Founder and Chairman of Excelsior Mining Corp. from June 2009 to October 2021. Mark Morabito holds a J.D. from Western University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
