ict Kiama

The individual has worked for three different companies in the past, starting in 2016 with Amex Autoparts as an E-Commerce Digital Manager. Their role involved ideating, publishing, and delivering reports on integrated digital marketing campaigns aimed at convincing customers to purchase car parts online. In 2019, they worked for Jumia Kenya as a Web Store Senior Sale Associate and later as a Retail Sales Specialist. Their duties involved checking payments, processing orders, coordinating with dispatch managers and fleet teams to deliver items to customers. In 2022, they joined Intrepid as a Senior Sales Analyst where they drove CRM operation and planning, analyzed reports on CRM performance, and created marketing plans to increase sales.

In 2011, ict Kiama enrolled in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology in 2015. Recently, in March 2020, Kiama also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
