We are focused on optimizing core business revenue while designing to minimize overhead. Net revenues are increased through strategic “right-sized” design and development, targeted marketing, vendor governance, and customer focused offerings and promotions.  To ensure productive operations and optimize gaming performance, Intrepid Gaming examines and analyzes the entire transaction lifecycle of gaming offerings in the context of our customer’s preferences.
 
Our team has over 200 years of collective gaming experience and has opened or operated over 50 properties.  Intrepid Gaming and its key executives have been licensed in gaming jurisdictions around the world and have received Non-Restricted gaming licenses in the state of Nevada for four separate companies. Most Recently, the Nevada Gaming Control Board licensed two Intrepid Gaming related Non-Restricted Gaming entities on January 23, 2014.
