David Shackleton

Mr. Shackleton has nearly three decades of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management which includes a distinguished career as a Strategic Operations Planner, Program Manager, and Contracting Officer’s Representative in the United States Marine Corps. His civilian career includes serving as a Chief Operating Officer, Director of National Security, and as a Portfolio Manager serving numerous agencies within the federal government. David is passionate about innovative technologies within Information Technology and has spent the past ten years learning, applying, and coaching agile and DevOps methodologies. His drive revolves around mentoring teams so they can achieve and maintain a high-performance status. David places a very high emphasis on customer experience and customer satisfaction and enjoys working directly with customers to align requirements and expectations with delivered value. David holds a BS degree in Business from Liberty University and holds more than 2 dozen professional certifications in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Agile Coaching, DevOps frameworks, Risk Management, and Lean Six Sigma.
