Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at IAP Worldwide Services since September 2019, Jay previously held positions such as Construction Manager at Parsons Corporation and Quality Assurance Engineer at AECOM and URS Corporation. With a background in project management as a Senior Project Manager at Chesapeake Electrical Systems Inc and operational oversight as Northeast US District Manager at Badger Daylighting Corporation, Jay has demonstrated expertise in developing local markets and ensuring project completion within budget and on schedule.
