Deba Saha, Ph.D., MBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of regulatory affairs with extensive experience in cell and gene therapy. Currently serving as Senior Director for Global Regulatory Affairs-CMC at Precigen, Deba previously held significant roles at Sanofi as Head of mRNA products and at Takeda as Director of Cell & Gene Therapy. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Merck, and Schering-Plough Research Institute, contributing to various facets of biologics and device development. Deba holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from UMDNJ, an MBA with specializations in Finance & Investment Analysis and Information Systems from Rutgers University, and a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from Kolkata University.
