Andrew Carpenter has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2007 when they worked as a Residential Counselor at Rogers Memorial Hospital. Andrew then worked as a Research Assistant and Data Analyst at the Department of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they began writing for The Badger Herald and Daily Cardinal as a Columnist. In the same year, they started working at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a House Fellow/Resident Advisor. In 2010, they worked as a Wilderness Counselor at Mountain Homes Youth Ranch. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Member Services Assistant and Coordinator at the Wisconsin Alumni Association. In 2013, they worked as an Account Executive and Strategy Commander at Eagle Datagistics, an Operations Manager at Wine Madonna, and a Writer at Carps Tale, LLC. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Director of HR Analytics, and Strategic Commander at Intrinio.

Andrew Carpenter has a diverse educational background. Andrew completed a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006-2010, majoring in Psychology, Communication Arts, and Integrated Liberal Studies. Andrew then attended Colorado State University from 2013-2015, obtaining a Master's Degree in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Certificate in Organizational Development. Andrew also holds a certification in Organizational Development from Colorado State University. Most recently, they earned a Master's Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016-2017. Carpenter's educational journey began at Oconomowoc High School, where they completed college prep courses from 2002-2006.
