Tri (Nicholas) Phan, CPA, is a California Certified Public Accountant currently serving as the Vice President of Transaction Advisory Services at Intrinsic LLC. With a strong background in public and private accounting, Tri has previously held positions such as Senior Internal Auditor at Pacific Life and Senior Assurance Associate at BDO USA, LLP. Their expertise includes financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and audits for various client types, from publicly traded corporations to not-for-profit organizations.
