Ernest Swayney

Ernest Swayney has over four decades of experience in the thermal processing industry, having held significant leadership roles including Director of Sales and Marketing at Industrial Steel Treating (Bodycote Thermal Processing) from January 1992 to August 1997, and General Manager at Hinderliter Heat Treating (Bodycote Thermal Processing) from 1978 to 1992. Currently, Ernest serves as the Director of Thermal Processing at IntriPlex Technologies, Inc. since August 1997. Ernest's educational background includes a degree in Statistical Process Control from Glendale Community College, Sales Development training from Dale Carnegie Training, and a degree in Heat Treating and Brazing from Don Bosco Institute of Technology (D.B.I.T).
