INTRLCK is a strategic direction and founder advisory firm based in Los Angeles.

The firm works with founder-led businesses navigating growth, pressure, and key decisions; helping them sharpen positioning, simplify decisions, and align brand, offer, and execution.

Lucas Zayn founded INTRLCK after more than 10 years leading product, strategy, and operations across high-growth environments. That background is the basis of the work: strategic judgment built inside the pressure founders carry, applied as a focused external partner.

Strategic direction. Founder advisory. Creative direction when strategy is clear.

INTRLCK is for founders who have traction but feel stretched — carrying too many decisions without a coherent framework for what to prioritize or how to move.

Direction with consequence.
