David Chang

David Chang is the founder of UNBND Agency, established in November 2023, offering consulting and advisory services to DTC brands focusing on leadership, systems, and team performance for scalable growth. As a fractional COO and advisor, David Chang builds organizational structures and leadership pipelines, coaches leadership teams, and designs standard operating procedures. Between 2019 and November 2025, David Chang served as a Performance Coach at ASRV, enhancing team performance through leadership training and cultural alignment. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at Pharma Property Group from 2013 to 2019, where David Chang was also the VP of Operations and Business Development.
