Ryan Wilson has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as DevOps Technical Lead at Introhive since 2018. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Salesforce Marketing Cloud from 2009 to 2018, culminating as Lead Site Reliability Engineer. Earlier experience includes a Technical Support role at Genesys and a Documentation Tester position at Innovatia. Ryan holds a certification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a focus on Computer Systems from New Brunswick Community College, completed between 2003 and 2005.
